“Great walk around Palma. Good information about street art and other cultural things in Palma. It was billed as a two hour tour, and we planned the rest of our day around the timeframe. After 4.5 hours and many comments about how we hadn’t eaten or had anything to drink, and that we had plans to meet up with other members of our group, we finally had to get firm and tell her we HAD to go. It would be a terrific 2 hour tour, and would have received 5 stars and probably a large tip if it would have been 2.5 hours shorter.”
