I booked the Mallorca in One Day Sightseeing Tour through Viator, paid in full, and received a confirmation with a specific pickup location and time. I followed those instructions exactly — arrived on time, waited for over 30 minutes — and no one showed up. No signage, no representative, no communication. Apparently, the tour operator changed the pickup location without confirming I received the update. A message was sent through the platform, but no effort was made to ensure I actually saw or acknowledged it. That is not effective…”

“I wouldn't advise to book all three activities in one day. There just wasn't enough time to see anything. The three things, train, tram and boat, were good but we didn't have time to look around Soller or the port. We had too much time at Sa Calobra with only one time to return. Had to run to get the tram or would not have made the last train. Having said all that we still had an enjoyable day.”

“This tour was somewhat disappointing because the promised commentary hardly appeared. For the firstprolonged period, we just heard music. Then, a fellow passenger went downstairs to tell the driver who said he'd "turn it on now". Still nothing. We moved seats because the unit in our seat was jammed on the wrong channel. New seat; still no sound even when on correct channel. 3rd seat move, 3rd time lucky. By then, we'd missed half the journey. Disappointing.”
