“Half of the tour was skipped, no Alcudia market visited (probably because of the Spanish National Day, but no information given about it!!). Instead of an air-conditioned coach we have got an open sightseeing bus, without windows, when outside were 16 degrees. Even with proper clothing we were freezing and was awful to stay on that vehicle. The guide did not provide any extra information which one cannot read on tripadvisor or wikitravel, he was not welcoming or informative. Our advice: take the regular bus from Alcudia to Mirador És Colomer for the view than take another bus to Formentor beach and a boattrip from here to Porta Pollenca. You…”

“Booked as an excursion while cruising. Provided the operator my address and viator messaged multiple times. Didn’t receive a response until late in the evening before arriving with no confirmation of whether or not we would be picked up as advertised. Instead the operator sent a map of the departure point with no specific instructions. This was a 9:30 excursion, in the message from the operator about 12 hours before the excursion we were told we need to be there at 8:45am. The port was 7 miles away but 1 hour by taxi because of limited availability. Vendor did not answer the morning of the tour, didn’t answer our calls…”

“This tour was an excellent way to end our Mallorca trip. We had the opportunity to enjoy the scenic route of Formentor whilst listening to our guide Pedro talk about the history of Alcudia. The formentor lookout was such a magnificent view. We ended our trip in the tower, watching the sunset whilst having cava and strawberries. Photos can't give justice to how beautiful the sunset was and the scenery at the top. Definitely worth it!”

We were lucky that there were only four of us and our driver Tony welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of information during the trip.
