“The day we booked, the water levels were too high and rough so they only drove by the caves. We weren’t allowed to experience the blue caves after all. I understand that these situations can happen but instead of changing the itinerary, they should have offered a refund. We spent over $350+ to ride on a boat and spend 40 mins on a beach. That’s it. So needless to say, very disappointed with the excursion. I wished they just cancelled and refunded everyone the money if they weren’t able to fulfill their commitment due to weather conditions.
